Hey everyone! We were supposed to leave Sunday afternoon and the baby was going to be born on Monday morning. We got the call today that the birth mom’s water had broken last night and she gave birth to him this morning!!
6 lbs 6 oz., 18″
We flew to Utah this afternoon and got in about 6 pm. We are here now at the hospital in our own room with the baby. The experience so far has been completely different in every way from our last one, in such a good way =]. The birth mom has been very open and communicative with us. She told us that she was sorry for our miscarriages and stillbirth. She said she is excited to give us this miracle. She talked a lot with us and is coming across very firm. Tomorrow morning at 9 am is the official signing. Please continue to pray and also rejoice that God has brought this child before us!! We are very excited and are feeling very connected. He looks like what we have had in our minds and in our hearts!
